Service Description
Tai Chi Chih is an easy-to-learn moving meditation. Those who regularly practice it have described feeling more relaxed and joyful. For many, Tai Chi Chih instills a sense of balance, both physically and mentally. This "Learn Tai Chi Chih" course is a 4-week course that meets twice weekly for one hour each. The class meets on zoom. Class size is limited to 21, so students will have a chance to meet other participants as they learn the movements. Please consider having your computer's audio and video on during class time. This course is a live, interactive class on Zoom. Audio and video set up is highly encouraged because it promotes more meaningful connections with other students and the teacher. It also allows feedback from the teacher. The class size is limited so students will have an opportunity to talk with other participants while learning.
